Routine service in ______is $______for one recipient at one address. That includes up to three attempts at service.  It also includes up to 30 printed pages ($.22 per page beyond the first 30pages). The first attempt will be made within 72 hours of receiving documents and payment. Up to three attempts are made within 7-10 days of receiving the documents and payment. An affidavit of service is provided upon the completion of every service/non-service. Any payment made after 5pm EDT will be considered paid at 9am the following business day. If you would like to do that, email us the documents, and we will send you a payment portal. We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.

RUSH service in ______is $______for one recipient at one address.  RUSH service is a first attempt within 24-48 hours of receiving the documents and payment. If a first attempt is needed within less than 24 hours of sending us the payment, we will need to check availability before sending the payment portal.  The price includes up to 30 printed pages, and it is $.22 per page for everything beyond the first 30 pages. For all RUSH services, we check with the process server upon receiving and reviewing your documents regarding when a first attempt can be made. We will send you an email with the information on the RUSH timeline, along with a separate message containing your payment portal. When you receive your payment portal and estimated timeline, it is your prerogative to opt in or out of paying the payment portal. Any payment made after 5pm EDT will be considered paid at 9am the following business day. If you would like to do that, email us the documents, and we will send you a payment portal.   We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.

A skip trace is $52 per individual.  If you would like to do that, email us any of the following items, regarding the target, that you have available; first name, middle name, last name, last known address, last known phone number, birth date, and SSN. If we find the same last known address as you provide, there is no charge.  If we find a new address, we will send you a payment portal.  The address history will be sent upon receiving payment.


If the most recent address you provide is the same as our results, you may still have the option to purchase the comprehensive report for $62.  The comprehensive report may contain the following information: deceased report, address summary, phones, emails, IP addresses, possible employers, properties, motor vehicles, aircraft, likely relatives, and likely associates. Unfortunately, we cannot see the information available in the comprehensive report until payment is made because we are charged to view the results by our data vendors.

That does not include copy fees.  If copy fees are incurred, an additional payment portal for the copy fees will be sent prior to sending the documents.  If you would like to do that email us the case information, and we will send you a payment portal. We encourage emailing the documents in a PDF whenever possible. Email is the fastest and most cost-effective option. If you 100% must send the service packet by mail/parcel, there are two options.


1) Routine by mail/parcel: The price for routine is_______plus $.22 per page with ($10 minimum S&H fee). If you would like to proceed with routine service, send us the service packet and include a check. The service may take up to 20 days to complete from the time we receive the documents and payment. Be sure to include the email of the contact person at your office on the cover sheet. Our mailing address is 4746 Stansbury Ln., Indianapolis IN, 46254. You may also opt to pay by card after the documents are received.


2) RUSH by mail/parcel: The price for RUSH is _________.  We must first check the process server's availability. RUSH services are pre-paid by card ONLY. You may email us for a rush service request by mail/parcel, along with any information you want to include in the affidavit. If you email PDF(s) of the documents, we can enter the standard information into our cloud platform. After you confirm via email that you want rush service by mail/parcel, we will send you a payment portal. We will inform you of the process server's drop address upon receiving payment. Any payment received after 5pm EDT will be responded to the following business day as early as 9am EDT.

This is a routine job.  We ask that a first attempt is made within 72 hours of receiving the documents.  If this is a residential address, please make up to three attempts in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with at least one of the attempts being made on the weekend.  We ask that up to three attempts are made within 7-10 days of receiving the documents. If this is a commercial address, only make attempts during normal business hours.  Please OMIT your company information from the affidavit. If you are informed of a better address, OBTAIN authorization before attempting a different address than the one provided. Do not run a skip trace without authorization. DO NOT contact the client under any circumstances. ONLY post documents to the door when permissible, and on the FINAL attempt. In your area we pay ____ per address for routine service.  Everything we contract out is a flat rate by county. For routine service, we require a first attempt within 72 hours of emailing the documents to you. We require up to three attempts at service within 7-10 days, in the morning, afternoon and evening with at least one of the attempts being made on the weekend. We typically only post documents on the third attempt. This practice is only done as a last resort unless a client instructs us to do it sooner. A process server would only post documents to the door if posting is a common practice in the state where service attempts are being made. If the state from where the documents originated does not accept posting as an option, we can draft an affidavit of non-service instead.  You can let us know how you would like to proceed if action is necessary.

The documents need to be sent to us from a real scanner. The documents cannot be photographs or scanned from a phone. They need to be scanned from a desk scanner. There are stores that will scan and email documents if you do not have access to a free scanner. Those stores include and are not limited to FedEx Office, Staples, UPS Store, Office Depo among others. If you need to pay for a scan at the store, we recommend having the store email the PDF to your email so that you have your own copy. You can then forward the scan to us from your own email. After the documents have been properly scanned, and attached as a PDF, we will send you a payment portal. We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.

Domesticated Subpoena Emails

We domesticate subpoenas. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the proper documents for the person who is sent to domesticate the subpoena(s). It is also the responsibility of the client to provide the address where they want the subpoena(s) domesticated. When you send the documents, please also let us know if the subpoenas will need served after they are domesticated. Every county in America does things their own way, and it is not known how long the domestication process will take. Any specific instructions you have for what to do after we receive the stamped/sealed domesticated subpoena(s) will need to be clearly stated. After we receive the documents and instructions we will send you a payment portal. We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.

Domesticated subpoena email we send to CONTRACTORS

The client has asked that we domesticate this subpoena(s) attached. This will involve taking the subpoena ONLY to the county clerk in _________county. Bring TWO COPIES of the subpoena to the clerk. If the subpoena needs to be served after it is domesticated, one of the copies will be to serve, and the other copy will be to mail the original back to us. You will need to communicate with the county clerk and inform them that you have an out of state subpoena which needs to be domesticated.  Every county is different on how they will proceed with that request. Most counties will stamp the subpoena right on the spot. The smaller counties have been known to take longer as they do not get the request very often. After the out of state subpoena has been domesticated, please scan the newly domesticated subpoena and email it back to us before proceeding with service. Let us know if you have any questions.

When multiple jobs have been sent on the same thread, we may execute a safeguard to avoid confusion. This safeguard includes creating a dedicated thread to any subsequent jobs. Each job must have its own individual email thread. It will be a best practice to stick with each job's dedicated thread. The subject line of this email includes the pertinent information necessary to identify the specific job. PLEASE use this thread when referencing the job in the subject line.

Substitute service of an individual person is not permitted at a business location. Substitute service is only permissible where the intended recipient lives. The only place a person can be sub-served is at their residence. The only possible way to serve an individual human at a business is by serving them personally. Please make up to three attempts at personal service regarding the individual intended recipient. Thank you.

John/Jane Doe served

This is a canned email that has been copy pasted to let you know that a John/Jane Doe was served. The person served refused to identify themself. When an uncooperative person answers the door, it sometimes makes sense for the process server to leave the papers with the uncooperative John/Jane Doe. At this point in time, the best possible tool we could have to improve the situation would be a photo of the intended recipient.  Or a photo of the resident which you believed was served based upon the existing information when applicable. If the process server can positively identify who they served from a photo, we could potentially change the status in a more favorable direction. If you do not have a photograph(s), it will be up to you whether the affidavit should be non-service, or if you would like us to draft an affidavit indicating that a John/Jane Doe was personally served. When we encounter a John/Jane Doe who refuses to relinquish their identity, we do not make subsequent routine service attempts on the address.
