Process servers operate in and outside office hours Mon - Friday 9am-5pm EDT. Documents for service of process are received prior to the payment portal. Prepayment is required. Payment made after 5pm is received the following business day at 9am EDT. Check(s) via parcel are paid upon parcel arrival. We do NOT advise what papers to serve. A first attempt for routine service is made within 72 hours of receiving payment. RUSH fees by request. 30 pages are included per (service of process), and it is $.20 per page thereafter. Fees incurred from courts, entities, etc. regarding filings, document retrieval, printing etc. will be billed for prepayment. Return parcel will be subject to applicable parcel fees and/or drop fees. You may email us your legal documents in a PDF and we will send you a payment portal. We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment. Please include the address where the documents are going, along with the recipient's name, in the subject line of the email whenever possible.
