Step 1
Email us your documents. Our email address is in a banner across the top of this page, and you can copy paste it. We charge $138 for routine service of process anywhere in Pennsylvania. Please put the recipient's name and/or address as the subject of the email.
Step 2
After we receive your documents via email, we will send you a payment portal. We require prepayment and will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.
Step 3
We will give you status updates after you pay. Our first attempt for routine service will be made within 72 hours of receiving payment. Up to three attempts will be made within 7-10 days of receiving payment. We will provide you an affidavit/proof of service upon completion of your job.

Routine Service
Routine Service
Email us your documents, and we will send you a payment portal. Our price for routine service includes up to three attempts at service. A first attempt is made within 72 hours of receiving the documents and payment. If you have multiple addresses, and/or multiple recipients, please include that information in the body of the email. There are three simple steps in this procedure.
1) Email us the documents.
2) You will receive a payment portal.
3) We get to work on your job upon receiving payment.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED. Once you have your payment portal, the ball is on your court. You decide if and when you want to pay. Up to 30 printed pages are included in each service, and each page beyond the first 30 pages is $.22 per page. Jobs involving document filing, or document retrieval may incur fees imposed by the respective entity. Payment made after 5pm EDT will be received at 9am the following business day.
Rush Service
RUSH fees are available by email request. RUSH service is a first attempt within 24-48 hours of receiving the documents and payment. If a first attempt is needed within less than 24 hours of sending us the docs and payment, we will need to check availability before sending the payment portal. For all RUSH services, we first check with the boots on the ground regarding when a first attempt can be made after receiving and reviewing your documents. After you send your documents we will send you an email with the information on the RUSH timeline, along with a separate message containing your payment portal. When you receive your payment portal and estimated timeline, it is your prerogative to opt in or out of paying the payment portal. Any payment made after 5pm EDT will be considered paid at 9am the following business day. If you would like to do that, email us the documents, and we will send you a payment portal. We will get to work on your job upon receiving payment.
Reservation Service
You probably do not need RESERVATION service unless you do not know where the subject resides or works. If you have a specific time and place that you know someone is going to be, then RESERVATION service may be the type of service required. Reservation service fees are available upon email request. If a first attempt is needed within less than 24 hours of sending us the payment, we will need to first check availability before sending the payment portal. For all RESERVATION services, we check with the boots on the ground. We will send you an email with the information on the RESERVATION timeline, along with a separate message containing your payment portal. Surveillance
SURVEILLANCE is a last resort. Before considering surveillance, please talk to your attorney about service by publication. If your civil case escalates to this level, you may email us the details, and we will send you a payment portal. There is a four-hour minimum. The client decides on the window of time that surveillance is conducted.
