- Send the PROCESS SERVER canned email for domesticated subpoenas and have the process server take the foreign subpoena to the county clerk's office in the county where the foreign subpoena is being served.
- If the process server has trouble, have a three-way call with the process server and the client if necessary.
- The process server scans and emails the domesticated subpoena(s) back to HPS in a PDF.
- HPS scans and emails the domesticated subpoena(s) to the client for approval.
- After the client has approved the domesticated subpoena, the process server is authorized to serve the subpoena.
