Special Forces Office Contractor

  1. The top mission of the Special Forces Contractor is office operations first and foremost.
  2. SF personnel are trained experts in office operations and ONLY qualify for fieldwork when the below criterion is met.
  3. SF status is by invitation only.
  4. Special forces contractor candidates must pass the HPS Level I Certification Test and complete 20 hours of supervised office training within 21 days of passing said certification.
  5. A candidate for special forces contractor fieldwork must consistently preform Order of Operations 9 in 10 minutes or less to qualify for fieldwork.
  6. Arriving to the office on time makes the respective special forces contractor eligible for cherry picking on the punctual day. Arriving late disqualifies the respective contractor from cherry picking for the rest of the tardy day.
  7. Fieldwork will ONLY be done outside of the 9am-5pm work week unless prior authorization is given.
  8. SF is eligible for December pay reviews after 90 contiguous days on the roster.
  9. SF personnel are eligible for monthly bonuses when they meet or exceed 60 office work hours during the respective month.

Office Personnel Training Program

Step by step program for office personnel

  1. Pass the HPS Level I Certification with a score of 90% or better.
  2. Master order of operations number 9 by demonstrating one's ability to consistently perform the operation in 10 minutes or less.
  3. Complete 20 hours of supervised training.
  4. Pass the HPS Level II Certification with a score of 90% or higher.
  5. Pass the HPS Level III Certification with a score of 90% or higher.
  6. Pass the HPS Level IV Certification with a score of 90% or higher.
  7. Complete 20 hours of solo training.

HPS Office Code Conduct

HPS Office contractors and personnel must abide by the following code of conduct:

  1. Attend to client matters first and foremost. Treat the HPS clientele with the utmost honor and respect.
  2. Treat all HPS personnel with respect and professionalism. 
  3. All of the work we do in the office is considered confidential, and on a need-to-know basis. HPS matters are ONLY to be discussed with HPS personnel. This is included but not limited to the personal business of HPS personnel.
  4. Political rhetoric is strictly prohibited by HPS personnel while on the premise.
  5. Gossip or negative talk about HPS or its personnel is not permitted.
  6. It is encouraged to share an appreciation for the positive aspects of HPS.
  7. Use language that emphasizes professionalism and comfort.
  8. Clothing should NOT be revealing distraction or offensive.
  9. Dressing comfortably is a priority as we do not see clients at the office. Professional dress is not required while being completely acceptable.
  10. Keep your workstation clean. Organize your workstation as necessary and whenever possible. 
  11. Stay home if you have an illness which is contagious or counterproductive.
  12. Office contractors are only paid their hourly rate while on the premise. The premise may extend to the roadways of the entire neighborhood when personnel is on a work break.
  13. Refrain from inappropriate language including racial slurs, sexual jokes, sexual inuendo, age related remarks, religious insults, and mocking people with disabilities.
  14. Parking is ONLY permissible in the Visitor parking spots marked with the blue sign per Cobblestone Condominium bylaws. Parking a vehicle in the visitor spot for more than 24 hrs. will result in the vehicle being towed. 
  15. Practice ethical behavior when using office technology. Do NOT remove any item from the office including technological devices.
  16. Get permission from management before using a printer for personal use.
  17. Only websites that pertain to the duties of HPS are permitted to be viewed while on duty.
